Hari ini pilihan masakannya adalah Cumi Asin Goreng Sambel Petai. Masakan yang satu ini favoritenya suami. Cumi Asin Goreng Sambel Petai, Masakan simple dan murah meriah penambah nafsu makan. Kalau udah ada masakan ini di meja makan suami bisa makan sampe 2 piring loh, dia jadi bersemangat gitu makannya apalagi ditambah sama sambel terasi terus dimakan sama nasi panas. ummmmhhhh. Nikmat. Kata orang sunda mah Raos pisaan euy.
#1 BAHAN
Cumi asin
Petai
Cabe gendot hijau
Cabe Merah
Bawang Merah
Bawang Putih
Tomat
Gula
Garam
(banyaknya bahan sesuai kebutuhan yaa..)
#2 CARA MEMBUAT
Iris Cabe, bawang dan tomat
Rebus Asin Cumi biar matang dan tidak terlalu asin
Panaskan minyak goreng lalu masukkan semua bumbu, tumis hingga matang.
Masukkan petai, dan cumi lalu beri bumbu gula dan garam secukupnya.
Tunggu hingga matang lalu angkat.
